Hi! I’m Grace.

I am a theatre artist from Berkeley, CA, now living in Chicago, IL.

Currently, I’m a freelance director in the Chicago area and I work as the Casting Coordinator at the Goodman Theatre in the loop.  

I’m very passionate about building empathy through theatre. I aim to broaden an audience’s perspective through visceral work.

I want to make people feel and experience, and I believe the best way to do that is through powerful, visceral imagery and a community-centered process.    

​As a casting professional, I treat my job first and foremost as being in community with actors. I try to expand director and playwright perspectives on characters and be an advocate for actors of all identities and experience-levels.
